Your Effective Step-by-Step Skincare Ritual

Get a spa feel all year round without spending hours doing at home treatments. Each step will help to cleanse, purify, or nourish your skin.
Step 1
Cleanse (daily) - Initiates the regeneration of beauty, gently washes away impurities and pollution. Leaves skin soft, smooth, and hydrated.
How to face clean - Wash face with warm water and a few drops of cleansing mousse. Wash twice a day (morning and night) to avoid clogged pores, dullness, and acne.
Step 2
Scrub (weekly) - Detoxifying and removing impurities. It improves skin tone and texture. Every day dead skin cells, dirt and oil build up on the surface of your skin, which can leave it feeling and looking dull and dry. The scrub unclogs pores, helps fade spots and scars and helps your skin care products absorb.
How to use a face scrub - Use warm water to wet your skin, leave it wet. Take a pinch of the scrub and massage it all over your face and neck. Massage your skin gently with the facial scrub for one minute. Rinse the scrub off your face. Make sure you get it all off. When you rinse all of it off your skin will feel very smooth and soft.
Step 3
Steam (weekly) - Opens pores and, essentially, prepares our skin for the treatment to be subsequently applied. Helps loosen any buildup of dirt for a deeper cleanse. Opening up your pores also softens blackheads, making them easier to remove. It promotes circulation, helps detoxify skin by removing dead cells and impurities leaving it with a healthy glow. It increases hydration, helps with product absorbency, and boosts radiance. After steam, rinse your face with lukewarm water and pat it dry with a soft towel.
How to face steam - Add organic tea (optional) to a bowl of boiling water. Once it has steeped for 1 minute, drape a towel over your head and enjoy the spa-like experience. The formula helps hydrate, clean, revitalize and remove dead skin in only a few minutes. It even works as a decongestant.
Step 4
Mask (2 to 3 times per week) - Face masks are great additions to any skincare routine to target specific skin care concerns. Masks can help hydrate skin, remove excess oils and help improve the appearance of pores, while providing a relaxing, spa-like experience at home.
How to use a face mask - Dip your fingertips into the face mask and start by evenly spreading a generous amount onto your skin. Begin at your upper neck and gently work your way up the face. Just make sure to avoid your delicate lip and eye area. While the face mask is sitting on your skin, consider using this time to relax and practice deep breathing or sit down and finish a chapter of your book. When you remove your face mask (10 to 15 minutes later) rinse the mask off with lukewarm water. Gently splash your skin with a little water and continue to rinse until the entire face mask has been removed.
Step 5
Facial Serum (daily) - Massaging a few drops of serum feeds the ingredients in your skin and provides a boost, helping to keep it firm and plumping out fine lines and wrinkles. Fine lines and wrinkles are a normal part of skin maturation, but it is dullness and dryness which make them seem ageing. By using a serum your skin will be more radiant and full of colour.
How to apply face serum - Applying serum with clean hands is the most efficient. Just pour a few drops in your palm, then gently rub it into the skin.
Step 6
Facial Massage (2 to 3 times per week) - Helps promote healthy skin while relaxing your facial muscles. It has a relaxing and rejuvenating effect while improving lymphatic drainage. Perform your face massage with round motion finger movements. Massage in upwards and outward motions.
How to do a face massage - Leaving the serum on your face, use the tips of your fingers to massage, pushing your skin up, then out, starting with up from the chin to the cheek, to the ear. Use wide circle motions going up to your nose, forehead, and gently massage each part of your face twice.
Step 7
Warm Towel (daily) - The benefits of covering your face with a warm towel is to remove any serum exces and promote circulation while encouraging relaxation.
How to apply a warm towel - Grab a big fluffy towel and choose your spot, comfort is the key. Bring 4 to 6 cups of water to boil in a kettle or pot. Carefully pour into the sink or bowl. Soak your towel when the water is around 38 degrees celsius, then lean back in a comfy chair or lie down, place the towel on your face, holding each corner up so they meet in the center of your forehead. Adjust the towel so that it covers your entire face, including the eyes, leaving just your nose peeking through. Relax for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Eye Cream (daily) - Helps prevent common signs of ageing. It can lessen the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and minimizes the look of puffiness. It also helps reduce the appearance of dark circles. Eye cream delivers tailor-made hydration.
How to apply eye cream - Using a pea-sized amount of eye cream, very gently with the ring finger, lightly massage the cream around your orbital bone. Start from the inner corner of your eye and work your way towards the outer corner.
Step 9
Face Cream (daily) - It keeps the moisture and elasticity in your skin, which can help reduce wrinkles, age spots and other fine lines. Face creams also act as a protective barrier for your skin.
How to apply face cream - Using a small spoon or scoop, start applying the cream to your face in small dots, blend the face cream in using your fingers. Gently massage the cream into your skin using small, upward, circular motions.
